This is the web site for the Wild Horse Homeowners
Association (HOA). The HOA serves the Wild Horse community
located in Hereford, Arizona.
Annual Meeting
The next Wild Horse Annual Meeting will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday,
January 18, 2025 at Pueblo del Sol Country Club,
2770 St. Andrews Drive, Sierra Vista, AZ 85650.
The minutes will be posted as soon as they are available.
Wild Horse Guest Parking Rules Update
The Wild Horse HOA Board of Directors (updated December 2023) approved
a change to guest parking rules.

There is now a Wild Horse Homeowners Subassociation Community on the
Nextdoor website.
Wild Horse home owners are encouraged to join the on-line community by
clicking the Sign Up link at the top of the page, or contacting one of
your neighbors to invite you. This community is intended as a
communication site for sharing information with your neighbors in Wild Horse.
HOA Management Contract
The Board of Directors of the Wild Horse Homeowners Subassociation contracts with
Agave Management Solutions to manage the affairs of the homeowners association.

Note to Sellers of Wild Horse Property
Sales and transfers of property within the Wild Horse subdivision are
subject to a document disclosure and transfer fee levied by Agave Management Solutions,
our property management company. The fees are
approximately $250.00, but are subject to change. Please contact your
real estate agent or the property management company for current
information.

A note from the Architectural Committee (AC):
MODIFICATIONS to an existing home, adding structures or major
landscaping require informing the AC, and possibly review.
Please contact a member of the Wild
Horse Architectural Committee so that we may answer any questions or
concerns and help determine if a review is required. See sidebar
for a list of your neighbors who serve as committee members.
In addition, the AC meets as needed to accommodate the HOA members.
Committee meetings are open to all members of the association or any
person designated by a member in writing as the member's
representative. Please check with the committee chair
(ACchairman@wildhorsehoa.org)

Note: In October 2019, the HOA Board of Directors has approved changes to the AC rules including:

Change in the compliance deposits from contractor and owner compliance deposits to construction and landscaping compliance deposits -- all referring now to owner compliance deposits (page 10, page 15, page 16, page A1, D4

A refundable construction compliance deposit of between $500 and $3,000 for exterior home improvement projects as determined at the discretion of the AC (with factors identified) -- page 17
